These Terms of Service govern your use of the SeasonalBots website and services, including HalloweenBot, ChristmasBot, EasterBot, SeasonalBots Premium, and any future SeasonalBots products.

By accessing our website, using our Discord bots, or purchasing Premium, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“You” refers to any user accessing our services. “SeasonalBots”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to SeasonalBots operated by NodeByte LTD.

2. Discord Services

SeasonalBots provides Discord bot services that may be installed into Discord servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add, configure, or manage our bots in any Discord server.

Use of our bots must also comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Accounts & Dashboard Access

Some SeasonalBots features require Discord authentication. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for any actions made through your dashboard session.

We may restrict dashboard access if we believe an account, server, or configuration is being used abusively or in breach of these Terms.

4. Premium Services

SeasonalBots may offer paid Premium subscriptions or premium features. Premium purchases are subject to our Premium Terms.

Premium subscriptions may be linked to a specific Discord server, guild, user account, or SeasonalBots service as shown at checkout.

5. Cookies

SeasonalBots uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, dashboard functionality, and security. Please review our Cookie Policy for more information.

6. License & Intellectual Property

All SeasonalBots website content, branding, bot assets, design, text, code, logos, and intellectual property are owned by SeasonalBots, NodeByte LTD, or our licensors.

You must not:

  • Republish or redistribute SeasonalBots content.
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our branding, assets, or website content.
  • Modify, copy, or reuse design assets without explicit permission.
  • Reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with our services, premium access systems, or bot functionality.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SeasonalBots to:

  • Break Discord's Terms or applicable laws.
  • Harass, abuse, spam, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to exploit, disrupt, overload, or bypass our systems.
  • Use premium features fraudulently or attempt to avoid payment.
  • Upload, configure, or distribute malicious, illegal, or harmful content through our services.

8. Linking to SeasonalBots

You may link to SeasonalBots pages provided the link:

  • Is not misleading.
  • Does not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
  • Fits within the appropriate context of your website, community, or content.

9. iFrames

You may not embed SeasonalBots pages within an iframe or similar technology without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, content, terms, policies, or actions.

12. Service Availability

SeasonalBots services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access to SeasonalBots services if we believe these Terms have been violated, abuse has occurred, payment fraud is suspected, or continued access may harm our services or users.
