Premium Terms

These Premium Terms apply to all paid subscriptions, premium plans, and premium features provided by SeasonalBots and operated by NodeByte LTD.

By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to these Premium Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

💳 Billing & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen subscription plan.

Subscription prices are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

🔄 Subscription Renewals

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

Renewal charges will be processed automatically using the payment method associated with your Stripe subscription.

❌ Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation, Premium features will remain available until the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

💰 Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We may issue refunds for accidental duplicate purchases, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances where appropriate.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting us may result in suspension of Premium access and related services while the dispute is investigated.

🏰 Server-Based Licensing

Premium subscriptions are generally linked to a specific Discord server, guild, account, or service as indicated at the time of purchase.

SeasonalBots may allow transfers in certain circumstances, but transfers are not guaranteed.

✨ Premium Features

Premium features may evolve over time. New features may be added, modified, replaced, or removed as SeasonalBots develops.

Access to beta, preview, or experimental features may be included with certain Premium plans. Such features may change without notice.

🛡 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable service, Premium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous uptime, or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance, updates, third-party outages, and unforeseen technical issues may affect service availability.

🚫 Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Premium access if we reasonably believe a subscription was obtained fraudulently, used in violation of our Terms of Service, or associated with payment abuse.
